So, the other day, I started hearing all this buzz about these fancy Rolex watches, especially the Submariner ones. You know, the ones that get folks talking? It got me curious, so I decided to dig around a bit.
Now, these watches, they’re not cheap. More than I’d ever think of spending on a watch, that’s for sure. But I found out some people, they like to buy these high imitation things. They like the look, I guess. Makes ’em feel fancy or something.
Anyway, I started looking into these high imitation watches. Not just the Rolex ones, but all sorts. Different colors, styles, some with the date, some without. Enough to make your head spin, really.
Then I stumbled upon this one, the “High Imitation Rolex No-Date Black Submariner.” That’s a mouthful, ain’t it? This one, it doesn’t have a date on it, hence the “No-Date” part. And it’s black. Black as coal, as they say. And shiny! Oh boy, it’s shiny. They say it’s a “flagship store deal,” whatever that means.
The Search Begins
- I started searching for the official flagship store.
- I browsed through the different watches they had.
- I finally found the No-Date Black Submariner.
I also came across something called a “buying guide” for these high imitation Rolexes. It said that the best way to get one is through an “original order.” Supposedly, you get the best quality that way, and you don’t have to wait. It’s ready to go, just like that. Sounded pretty good to me.
I even saw some numbers thrown around about the real Rolex Submariner, the ones that aren’t high imitation. They are talking about $9,100 for retail and even up to $15,600! I think it’s not cheap!
I read that if you want the real deal, this flagship store is the place to go. But for these high imitation ones? Well, that’s what I was trying to figure out.
So I kept digging. I wanted to see what this “original order” thing was all about. I figured it was worth checking out, even if I wasn’t planning on buying one myself. Just wanted to see what the fuss was about, you know?
I finally placed an order for one of these high imitation No-Date Black Submariners. And received it yesterday. It looks good and feels good, but I don’t know if it’s worth it.
That’s where I’m at now. Still figuring out this whole high imitation Rolex world. It’s a lot more complicated than I thought it would be!
