Okay, so, I’ve been eyeing those Rolex Submariners for a while now. You know, the real deal ones. But man, those prices are just insane! So, I started looking into these “high imitation” ones. Figured, why not? It’s not like I’m trying to fool anyone, I just want that classic look without having to sell a kidney.
I did some digging online, reading through forums and all that. It’s a bit of a wild west out there in the world of fake watches, let me tell you. Lots of shady websites, questionable sellers. But I finally found a place that seemed legit, selling what they called an “original order” Black Submariner.
They used the term “original order”, so I contacted them, asking what is the original order, is it a real Rolex or a fake one. They told me that this is a high imitation one, made by the order request from the original factory, but the factory is not Rolex’s. That sounds interesting, so I decided to go for it.
The price was pretty good, and the pictures looked amazing. So I took the plunge and ordered one. It took about a week to arrive, and I gotta say, I was pretty excited to open that box.
When I finally got it in my hands, I was blown away. This thing is solid. It’s got some real weight to it, just like the real ones I’ve held before. The details are crazy good. The little cyclops magnifier over the date window, it’s all there. They even got that smooth sweeping second hand, not that jerky ticking you see on cheap fakes. I was so happy to see that.
I’ve been wearing it for a few weeks now, and I’m loving it. Honestly, it feels just like wearing a real Submariner. I mean, I’m no watch expert, but I can’t imagine most people would be able to tell the difference. I went to a Rolex shop, and try to compare it with the real one. The shop assistant even can’t tell the difference at the first glance. But of course, if they check the movement by opening the back, they can tell immediately. But who will do that?
Now, I’m not saying everyone should go out and buy a fake watch. But if you’re like me, and you just appreciate the design of the Submariner but can’t justify the cost, this is a pretty darn good alternative. It gives you that luxury watch feel without the luxury price tag.
Here is what I really like about this watch.
- It’s heavy. Feels substantial on the wrist.
- The details are on point. Everything looks just right.
- It keeps good time. I haven’t had to adjust it at all.
- It looks fantastic. Seriously, it’s a beautiful watch.
So yeah, that’s my experience with this “original order” high imitation Rolex Black Submariner. I’m happy with it. It’s a great-looking watch, and it’s been fun to wear. If you’re on the fence about getting one, I’d say do your research, find a reputable seller, and go for it. You might be surprised at how much you like it.
Of course, it’s not a real Rolex, and I’m not pretending it is. But it’s a great way to enjoy the style and feel of a Submariner without breaking the bank. Just had to share my story, hope you guys find it interesting!
